상단에 원통형으로 설계한 모듈 시스템이 부착되어 있다. 모듈은 팬 모듈, 쿨링 모듈, 사운드 모듈 총 3가지. 팬 모듈은 텐트의 내부 공기를 순환시키는 기능성 모듈로 내부
공기를 빨아들여 배출하며 환기는 물론 습도도 조절해준다. 강도를 3단계로 조절하며 텐트 내부 환경을 쾌적하게 유지할 수 있다. 쿨링 모듈은 텐트의 내부 온도를 조절하는
모듈에 500mL 생수 병을 끼우면 텐트 외부 천장에 물을 자동으로 분사해 텐트 내부 온도를 조절한다. 텐트 밖으로 분사된 물이 증발하는 원리를 이용해 실내 온도를 낮추는
것. 분사 시간 간격도 조절이 가능하다. 사운드 모듈은 내외부에 LED 조명이 부착되어 있어 간접조명으로 활용할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 주변 소리에 반응하는 센서가 있어
애플리케이션을 통해 사전에 저장한 파도 소리, 빗소리, 바람 소리 등 30여 가지 자연의 소리를 들려주는 스피커 역할도 한다. 인위적인 도시의 소리가 아니라 자연을 담은
소리는 캠핑 무드를 더욱 고조시켜준다. 모듈은 모두 스마트폰 애플리케이션이나 블루투스와 연동해 제어할 수 있기 때문에 텐트 안에 편히 누워 간편하게 모든 것을 조절할 수
있다. 프리돔 텐트는 텐트용 다기능 어댑터와 텐트용 자연 교감 장치 등 4개의 특허를 획득했으며 화이트 컬러를 전면에 사용한 깔끔한 디자인으로 IDEA 디자인 어워드에서
수상하며 디자인의 우수성을 세계적으로 인정받았다.

provide a comfortable indoor environment using only canvas and poles, technology is fundamental.
The Freedom Tent takes this a step further, demonstrating how camping can become more intimate
with nature through technology. This tent, a collaborative effort between Kolon Sport and KAIST,
features a cylindrical module system attached to its exterior. The modules come in three
variations: fan, cooling, and sound modules. The fan module is designed to circulate the tent's
internal air, drawing in and expelling it, ensuring both ventilation and humidity control. With
three adjustable intensity levels, it maintains a pleasant indoor environment. The cooling
module, when fitted with a 500mL water bottle, automatically sprays water onto the tent's
external ceiling to regulate the tent's internal temperature. By leveraging the principle of
evaporative cooling, it lowers the indoor temperature. Spray intervals can also be adjusted. The
sound module, equipped with LED lights both inside and out, not only serves as ambient lighting
but also contains sensors that react to ambient noise. Through an app, it can play over 30
natural sounds such as waves, rain, and wind, amplifying the camping atmosphere. These aren't
just any sounds; they are genuine sounds of nature. All modules can be controlled via a
smartphone application or Bluetooth, allowing users to adjust everything conveniently while
relaxing inside the tent. The Freedom Tent has secured four patents, including one for a
multi-purpose adapter for tents and another for a nature-sympathetic device for tents. Its sleek
design, which predominantly employs a white color scheme, has been globally recognized, winning
an award at the IDEA Design Awards.
Modern tents trace their origins back to military
